Cape Property Legal Giant Heads For Gauteng

Eastern Cape property legal giant Greyvensteins Inc, which celebrated its “golden” 50th practicing anniversary in 2010, has now taken on the City of Gold – with an office in Fourways, Gauteng.

Founded in Port Elizabeth in 1960, the firm has established itself along the Cape Coast from its offices in Port Elizabeth and Cape Town. Today it is in the vanguard of handling the region’s property legal matters for all types of residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural erven or established properties, from conveyancing to an excellent record of successful court resolutions in court actions for clients.

Heading up the office at Nicol Grove Office Park, Designs Quarter, is attorney Arno van Deventer who has practiced at Greyvensteins Cape Town office since graduating with an LLB from the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 2006.

“This move into Gauteng is a part of that future to keep the firm relevant and maintain its sustainability that has already seen it dominate in the Cape Province for the past 54 years,” says van Deventer.
