The desire for a relaxed outdoor lifestyle and a safe environment in which to raise a family is driving strong demand for homes in secure estates in Somerset West. Pam Golding Properties’ (PGP’s) area manager Louise Varga says family buyers are often prepared to pay a little extra for the peace of mind of living within a gated estate.
