Cape Town Community Housing Company Releases Affordable housing in Maitland

The Cape Town Community Housing Company has released their third phase at their Mountain View Villas development in Maitland, and IHPC have been mandated to sell the units in this phase, which are likely to go quickly, according to Nareema Peters and Fachmeeda Francis, the IHPC agents handling the selling of the units here.

The units available are priced from R299 000 (studio apartments) to R429 000 (for a two bedroom apartment) and all the transaction costs are included in the purchase price.

The studios are 27m² in size, one bedroom units are 37m², and the two bedroom units have 50 to 56m².
