Nuutgevonden will, when complete, have safe play areas for children, a swimming pool, a clubhouse, outdoor entertainment areas, walking trails, 60% of the site will landscaped by professional landscapers. The whole site has been enclosed in a protective brick and palisade wall topped with electrified wiring. In this the public entrance will be monitored and security staff will be on duty 24 hours a day.
This estate has easy access to the N1, is within ten minutes of the centre of Stellenbosch, as well as Stellenbosch University. It is within 10 to 15 minutes of the region’s best wine farms, cheese producers and restaurants.
