Vukile is a property fund which listed on the JSE Limited on 24 June 2004 (code: VKE) and the Namibian Stock Exchange on 11 July 2007 (code: VKN). The group owns and operates a diversified property portfolio, with a special emphasis on the retail sector, which is well represented in most of South Africa’s provinces as well as Namibia. At 31 March 2012, the portfolio comprised over 70 properties with a gross lettable area of 922 221m2 and valued at R6.1 billion.
