Cheryl Cumming started the company as a property agent focusing on sales only. Two years later, Paul and Cheryl decided to specialise in sales of sectional title units. With the knowledge and experience gained in selling, they attended various courses to gain greater insight into this unique concept of community living. It wasn’t long before their sales clients began asking them to manage sectional title schemes because of their knowledge of sectional title.
